Job Summary This role provides direct services to children, adolescents, and families as well as supervision and training to doctoral trainees, including doctoral practicum students, psychology interns as part of an APA-Accredited Internship Program, and postdoctoral fellows ( The role requires providing clinical care in both English and Spanish. Professional Responsibilities Provide assessment, psychotherapy (individual, family, and group), and consulting services to children, adolescents, and families in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. Some clinical interventions may be conducted in the community in collaboration with organization partners. Supervise the clinical and administrative work of psychology trainees, including supervision of both therapy and assessment. If bilingual in English and Spanish, supervision includes services provided in Spanish. Attend weekly planning and training meetings to contribute to the implementation and development of training programs at Momentous Institute. Collaborate with training committee members and staff as needed to support the development of trainees. Provide training (in the community and internally) on topics relevant to the field of child/family psychology. Work in collaboration with Momentous School to support the needs of referred students, their families, and teachers. Participate in program evaluation efforts within the organization.
