About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Strategy and New Product Planning with a strong background in biotech, biopharma, consulting, investment banking, or pharmaceutical strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of corporate and portfolio strategy, leading strategic assessments of pipeline opportunities, and preparing commercial assessments to support business development decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong business judgment, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The Head of Corporate Strategy and New Product Planning will also be involved in new product planning activities, including the development of target product profiles, market opportunity assessments, and maintaining disease area landscape assessments. Applicants must have an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) and a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of oncology clinical development, commercialization, and competitive dynamics is essential, with a preference for experience in antibody therapeutics, ADCs, immuno-oncology, or targeted therapies. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in corporate strategy, new product planning, portfolio strategy, commercial assessment, and/or business development, as well as strong commercial and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, low-ego leader with a passion for advancing innovative therapies for cancer patients, and will demonstrate a commitment to the company's values, including a patient-first focus and a continuous improvement mindset.
