Winch Truck Driver – JLC Location: Arnegard, ND Top Pay + Fully Paid Medical & Dental Insurance JLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Winch Truck Driver to join our team in Watford City, ND. As a winch truck driver, you will play a key role in supporting oilfield operations by safely hauling, loading, and positioning heavy equipment and materials across rig and production sites. Key Responsibilities: Operate winch trucks to load, haul, and unload oilfield and industrial equipment Safely position drilling rigs, workover rigs, tanks, and other heavy loads Secure and release loads using winch lines, cables, and chains according to safety standards Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure vehicle and equipment are maintained in safe working order Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate clearly with dispatch, rig crews, and other team members Maintain accurate records of mileage, hours, and service logs Qualifications: Valid CDL (Class A required) with clean driving record Oilfield winch truck experience is required Strong knowledge of North Dakota roads, oilfield sites, and rig locations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Physically capable of handling rigging, chains, and load security Commitment to safety and professionalism What We Offer: Top industry pay – based on experience and performance 100% Paid Medical & Dental Insurance Stable, consistent work with a strong local reputation Vehicle maintenance support to keep you on the road safely Locally based work – home every night!!
