Training Pay: $22.50 per hour for the first two weeks
Regular Pay: $25.00 per hour after completing training
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Put Your Mixer-Truck Experience to Work

We are seeking an experienced CDL A or B Driver to operate a ready-mix concrete truck and deliver concrete to area jobsites. This is not an entry-level CDL position. Candidates must have previous concrete mixer, cement truck, or closely related heavy construction-material hauling experience.

If you already understand how a loaded mixer handles, how to position a truck on an active jobsite, and how to coordinate a controlled discharge, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate a ready-mix concrete mixer truck on scheduled deliveries
• Transport concrete between the batch plant and area jobsites
• Maneuver and position the truck in active construction environments
• Operate the mixer drum, controls, and concrete discharge chutes
• Coordinate with dispatchers, customers, and jobsite crews
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery tickets and required driving records
• Wash down the truck, drum area, and chutes to prevent concrete buildup
• Follow DOT requirements and established delivery procedures

Required Experience

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Previous ready-mix concrete or cement mixer truck-driving experience strongly preferred
• Closely related experience operating dump trucks, aggregate trucks, bulk tankers, or other heavy construction-material vehicles may be considered
• Experience maneuvering heavy trucks on construction sites or uneven terrain
• Ability to operate truck-mounted equipment and discharge controls
• Must meet applicable company and DOT driving requirements

General CDL route-delivery experience alone will not meet the experience requirement for this position.
