Radiant Health is seeking a dedicated Addiction Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient mental health and substance use treatment to individuals on their recovery journey. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced clinician, you'll be part of a collaborative team committed to making a lasting impact in our community.

As an Addiction Therapist, you'll provide comprehensive clinical services to a diverse client population while helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed for lasting recovery. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic updates.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and DMHA safety plans.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support when necessary.
• Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Complete mental status examinations and differential diagnoses.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate quality client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and significant life challenges.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
• Current Indiana temporary or associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSW, or equivalent) or full clinical licensure.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health practice.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
