JOB POSTING #2090 TITLE: Regional HR Business Partner, Central (remote role) INDUSTRY: Automotive LOCATION: This is a remote role, but the person should be based out of one of the following states: AL, AR, KS, MS, MO, NE, OK, and TN as they will be traveling to 50+ locations spread throughout these states. COMPENSATION: $75-110k base (depends on experience) RELOCATION: Local candidates only NEW ROLE! GROWING company is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to help them build out a more proactive HR Business Partner model – getting HR out in the field. SUMMARY: - Will provide the full range of HR support to 600+ employees in 50+ locations throughout AL, AR, KS, MS, MO, NE, OK, and TN - Will be the front-line/main point of contact for all things HR for the region - Work closely with business leaders coaching and advising them on all things HR (i.e., talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, etc.) - Hands-on, as well as strategic, role REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of broad and deep HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience supporting employees in multiple locations - Strategic and hands-on mindset - Strong employee relations experience - Excellent at building relationships with employees at all levels - Self-starter with a creative/innovative mindset - Person will work out of their home and must be able to travel up 25-40% of the time, including some overnight travel, throughout the region To apply, please visit: OR CONTACT: Ralph Chapman Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Please reference the JOB POSTING # and the JOB TITLE in the subject line of your email.
