About the Position
Description
In this role, you'll manage patients' progression of care, ensuring timely interventions and expediting care delivery. You'll collaborate with healthcare teams to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans, while performing ongoing reviews of hospitalization necessity and quality of care. This position requires an active Alaska nursing license and a commitment to patient-centered care.Highlights
