Your responsibilities will include conducting full-cycle placements while fostering substantial client partnerships. With some of the industry's most lucrative commission rates, you will be compensated according to the value you generate. Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches - oversee the entire process from engaging with clients to securing placements.
- Establish Client Partnerships - delve into their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural fit.
- Strategic Sourcing - utilize our unique CRM/ATS, supplementing with your own network and our communications platform.
- Maximize Our Platform - organize candidates, coordinate outreach, automate follow-ups and streamline your workflow.
- Focus on Permanent Placements - ensuring long-term benefits for clients and generous commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership - play a key role in enhancing our brand and your personal presence.
- Comprehensive Tech Platform: All-in-one CRM, ATS, and marketing tools integrated seamlessly to enhance efficiency.

- 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
