Serve as a liaison between the Strategic Communications Unit and the Colonels Office/Directors Office to ensure proper preparation for delivering remarks at events; align internal & external messaging by identifying high-visibility or time-sensitive issues. Develop strategic communications plans to improve information sharing across internal & external agencies; coordinate messaging between executive leadership, command staff, operational units & partner agencies. Formulate & implement new or modify existing policies & procedures for Public Information Programs, projects & initiatives; provide recommendations & technical advice to support decision-making & identify corrective actions. Click here to see full position description Minimum Qualifications Option 1: 4 years training or experience in business administration, management science, or public administration. Option 2: Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; and 2 years training or experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position. Option 3: Completion of undergraduate core program in an academic field commensurate with program area, per approved Position Description on file; and 2 years training or experience in supervisory, administrative and/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research and/or policy/procedure development. Option 4: 1 year experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122; or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
