• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a dignified and respectful manner

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being

• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises

• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff as needed

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a post-acute care setting preferred

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care and customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and coworkers
