Associated Home Care - - Responsibilities: Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation; Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care; Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being; Provide medication reminders as needed; Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition
