Cleaner

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. Essential duties and responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor. Stock locker room with proper paper products. Report broken amenities or equipment to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead. Turn lost member property into Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead via Baseline Fitness's lost and found policy immediately. Essential behavior requirements include customer service, listening, problem solving, and diplomacy. Minimum qualifications include honesty and a good work ethic. Physical demands include standing and walking at least 75% of the shift, reaching and feeling with hands/fingers/arms at least 75% of the shift, and lifting over 100 lbs. less than 20% of the shift.
