You will collaborate with various teams, utilize customer insights, and leverage data to drive marketing success.You're Probably a Match If:You have 4+ years of digital marketing experience including analyzing marketing funnels and identifying areas for enhancement.You have 1+ years of planning and driving marketing campaigns.You have strong email marketing and organic social experience.What Winning Looks Like:Craft and implement a dynamic omnichannel (channel marketing) marketing strategy, leveraging email, content marketing, SEO, and organic social mediaInspire and help team members in prioritizing tasks, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving, all while surpassing business goalsUtilize Google Analytics for in-depth analysis and personalized marketingConduct research to create targeted marketing campaigns that address audience needs, while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders through detailed reports on marketing squad performance, achievements, and upcoming initiatives.Other Stuff to Know: We're looking for people who are passionate about our mission.
