What You'll Do Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures Qualifications Active Florida RN or LPN License (Compact License Accepted) Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred) Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator Care is highly desirable Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening Florida Care Provider Background Screening Information (House Bill 531): Why Choose NorthBay Home Health?
