Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: - Recent acute care hospital experience (within the past 2 years) - 2 years of experience in the emergency department License: - Must be willing to obtain an Oregon nursing license Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - TNCC - PALS Must-Have: - Certifications are not required to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain them Description: Within the RN scope of practice defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient.
