For more than 50 years, we have partnered with over 3,500 world-class venues to deliver convenient, reliable services used by millions of people each year.Our portfolio includes luggage carts, smart locker systems, mobility rentals (ECVs, wheelchairs, and strollers), massage chairs, medallion collectibles, and a variety of guest and passenger services designed to enhance the visitor experience.BASIC FUNCTIONTo ensure daily operational equipment is in proper working condition in order to meet performance goals through service, maintenance, and communication.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain the appearance of cart management units and carts, cleaning on a regular basis and removing spills and debris immediately.Assist with EOM, meter readings and collection activitiesRoutine preventative maintenance & inspection equipmentMaintenance & Inspection of Wheelchair FleetComply with maintenance instructions in the Smarte Carte operations manual.Follow all safety rules and guidelines.Provide courteous assistance to customers.Maintain accurate written records of equipment tests and maintenance schedules.Timely reporting; timesheet & maintenance Log, etc.Additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Computer and Smart Phone proficientMeet airport badging requirements.Must be fluent in English both speech and writing skills.SKILLSMaintains an enthusiastic and positive "Can Do" attitude, that fosters teamwork and unity.Ability to apply the appropriate level of workplace flexibility.Mechanical skills and knowledge of mechanical systemsTroubleshooting skillsEDUCATIONHigh School DiplomaCERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESAbility to get an airport badge requiredPHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTSWalk & stand for duration of shift.Able to lift and carry 50lbs-100lbsPull/push 75lbs
