Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in West Springfield is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Deal and Inventory Administrator to join our office team. This is an in-office administrative role supporting vehicle registration, inventory control, and dealership documentation. Automotive office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain the Massachusetts EVR certification process and strictly adhere to all state laws, regulations, and dealership policies related to vehicle registration and EVR software usage
• Process and submit vehicle registrations, titles, and related DMV documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and update vehicle inventory records in dealership systems
• Coordinate with Sales, F&I, and Accounting departments to ensure paperwork accuracy and completeness
• Track incoming and outgoing vehicle titles and license plates
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with audits as needed
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and dealership procedures
• Handle filing, scanning, and organization of vehicle documentation
• Bill out Dealer Swaps & Wholesale deals
• Communicate with lenders, vendors, and state agencies as required
• Provide general administrative support to the office team

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and office systems (dealership DMS experience a plus)
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
