What Youll Do

• Source and procure parts from multiple vendors.
• Manage parts room inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
• Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming parts to mechanics and other departments.
• Create purchase orders and process invoices with correct coding.
• Track core returns and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies.
• Enter work requests and work orders into maintenance systems.
• Coordinate timely delivery of parts for maintenance and repair.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and the general public.

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related parts or inventory role preferred.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems (CMMS, Viewpoint) preferred.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple parts requests simultaneously.
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to work weekends as needed.
