Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service needs are met with kindness and professionalism.

Service Coordination: Coordinate vehicle service appointments, providing customers with clear timelines and updates.

Maintenance Counseling: Advise customers on necessary and potential future maintenance to ensure vehicle longevity and reliability.

Documentation: Accurately record vehicle issues, service history, and technician notes for seamless record-keeping.

Quality Assurance: Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring services are performed to the highest standards and resolving any service-related issues.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service operation.

Selling: Talking with clients about needed services. Formulating and presenting estimates for need repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an auto service department.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures to offer precise guidance and information.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and assess customers' vehicle issues accurately.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively within a team to achieve service goals and provide a seamless customer experience.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage service orders, follow up with customers, and maintain accurate records.
