Facility: Good Samaritan Society
Pay: Up to $2,606 per week
Local Rate: $53/hr Regular | $80/hr Overtime
Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts
Guaranteed: 40 Hours Weekly

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment in Davenport, Iowa. This opportunity offers competitive weekly compensation, guaranteed hours, and a consistent day-shift schedule.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Minimum 1 year of SNF/LTC experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by facility)
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and therapeutic exercises
