Anderson Center for Autism is seeking a dedicated and mission‑driven Behavior Analyst to provide high‑quality clinical services within our Adult Program. In this role, you will conduct functional assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans, analyze data to guide decision-making, and train staff to ensure consistent, person-centered implementation across residential and day settings. Your clinical expertise will directly support adults in building independence, enhancing quality of life, and thriving in community-based environments

Pay Range: $74,080.00 - $86,880.00 Annual Salary; Based on experience and certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other evidence-based assessments to guide individualized interventions.
• Develop, review, and revise Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), including goals, replacement skills, reinforcement strategies, and least‑restrictive interventions.
• Data-collection systems; graph and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions.
• Train and coach DSPs, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members using modeling, performance feedback, and competency-based methods.
• Collaborate with residential, day program, and clinical staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral supports.
• Participate in treatment team and LifePlan meetings, offering clinical recommendations grounded in ABA principles.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention support using proactive, least‑restrictive approaches; participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Provide BACB‑aligned oversight and supervision to RBTs when applicable.
• Maintain compliant, timely documentation including assessments, progress notes, and regulatory-required reports.
• Stay current with autism research, ABA best practices, and agency training requirements; share relevant updates with staff.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible within 3 months.
• Experience supporting adults with autism/intellectual and developmental disabilities in community or residential settings preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills.
• Ability to analyze data, write clear reports, and oversee evidence‑based interventions.
• Valid driver’s license; travel between program sites required.
