Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse located in Fort Myers, Florida. This position involves providing care to adult and pediatric patient populations across a variety of surgical specialties, including ENT, vascular, robotics, GYN, orthopedics, spine, and neurosurgery. The role requires flexibility with call responsibilities and adherence to facility standards and protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour days shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Accreditation, and Years of Experience: 2 years of OR experience, BLS certification; CNOR preferred. Prior travel experience highly preferred. EMR experience with Epic.
• Preferred Qualifications: Call required (approximately 4 times per month), varies from EOS 7 PM to 11 PM, overnight 7 PM to 7 AM, or backup call 3 PM to 7 AM. PEDS experience, CNOR certification preferred.
• Additional Information: Travel nurses are expected to float as necessary, possibly to other campus locations. All demographic information, including address, email, date of birth, social security number, and license number, must be submitted at the time of application. The healthcare provider values team culture, and travelers are integrated as core staff members. The document submission deadline is the Monday prior to the start date, with no exceptions allowed for pending documentation.
