Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Project ManagerWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in a general contractor environment, taking full ownership from preconstruction through closeout. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving project execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, and field coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects on schedule and within budget.ResponsibilitiesOversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and ongoing coordination to ensure efficient project execution.Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to keep projects moving forward.Partner with field superintendents to resolve construction challenges and maintain project milestones.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Monitor project financial performance, prepare cost reports, and proactively identify risks that could impact profitability.Lead project meetings and communicate project status with internal leadership and external stakeholders.Ensure all work complies with contract documents, safety requirements, and quality standards.Drive successful project turnover, punch list completion, and final closeout documentation.
