ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of seven. I've been with State Farm for 30 years, including 16 years working in underwriting and human resources before deciding to pursue agency ownership. I wanted the opportunity to make a more personal impact by helping others and making a difference in people's lives.

Being involved in our local community is incredibly important to me. I serve on the Downtown Development Committee and genuinely enjoy finding ways to support our community, strengthen local relationships, and contribute to its continued growth.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for John Fulmer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
