Are you organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment? We are a boutique domestic staffing agency in Stamford seeking a reliable, professional team member to help coordinate temporary nanny and housekeeping bookings.

Compensation: $52,000–$57,000 annually, plus bonuses. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and a retirement plan with employer match.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and fill temporary nanny and housekeeping bookings efficiently.
• Match families with available caregivers and manage schedules, availability, and appointments.
• Communicate with families and household professionals by phone, text, and email.
• Review applications and thoroughly verify professional references.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and create well-written, polished candidate bios.
• Manage incoming applications, email correspondence, and calls.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the owner.

This is an active, hands-on role where schedules change and responsiveness matters. As you learn the business and demonstrate your abilities, you may have the opportunity to advance into a Placement Counselor role with greater responsibility and additional bonus compensation.

Schedule & Benefits

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 38–40 hours per week
• On-site in Stamford, CT
• $52,000–$57,000 annual salary, plus bonuses
