Responsibilities Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers efficiently and on time Ensure accurate and courteous delivery of parts to customers Plan optimal delivery routes Monitor and analyze delivery service quality using our Delivery Management System Resolve roadblock issues for customers and implement effective solutions Handle cash returned by drivers and maintain accurate records Inspect returned parts and cores, preparing them for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer Maintain fleet safety and functionality, reporting vehicle issues promptly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to remember part numbers and line codes Physical ability to bend, reach, and walk throughout shifts Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift Motivated team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, organized, and detail-oriented Valid Driver's License Compensation: $19.75 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr NAPA Auto Parts
