Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager Position Summary The Digital Marketing Manager will lead omnichannel digital marketing strategy and execution, overseeing retail media, marketplace growth, social media and performance marketing and marketing analytics. This role will partner closely with sales, product, and retail partners to drive revenue growth, maximize marketing ROI, and accelerate new product launches. Key Responsibilities Retail Media Strategy & Execution Execute retail media strategy and activation across: Home Depot Orange Apron Media Other retail media networks as applicable Support to develop annual media plans aligned with sales objectives. Manage agency partners and media vendors. Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, incrementality, and business outcomes. Campaign Strategy and Optimization Manage annual marketing investment exceeding $3M. Develop forecasts and spending plans. Monitor budget pacing and campaign performance. Ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels. Manage self-service onsite campaigns and optimizations. Sales Partnership & Business Growth Drive traffic acquisition and conversion optimization at retail site Improve: Organic visibility Improve: Product content Improve: Reviews and ratings Improve: Digital shelf performance Improve: Customer journey optimization Partner with Sales and Brand & Product Director to support: New product launches Partner with Sales and Brand & Product Director to support: Promotional events Partner with Sales and Brand & Product Director to support: Seasonal campaigns Partner with Sales and Brand & Product Director to support: Customer-specific initiatives Develop integrated marketing plans that drive retailer and distributor growth. Marketing Analytics & Insights Develop KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards. Analyze: Sales performance Analyze: Customer acquisition cost Analyze: Conversion rates Analyze: Retail media effectiveness Analyze: Marketing attribution Deliver actionable business recommendations to leadership. Social Media Strategy Lead social media strategy across multiple brands. Develop annual content plans and paid social programs. Manage agencies and content creators. Grow audience engagement and lead generation efforts. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. 3-5 years of digital marketing experience. 3+ years managing large-scale media budgets. Proven experience managing retail media and performance marketing programs. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Experience with: Retail media platforms Google Analytics CRM platforms Dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Marketing automation tools Preferred Experience Experience within flooring, home improvement, building materials, CPG, or durable goods industries. Experience with Home Depot, Amazon, Lowe's, or major retail partners. Experience leading agency relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
