WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Warmly welcome and provide next-level hospitality to our guests Lead shifts of 5-10+ burger experts while motivating and growing your team Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and tidy Celebrate the wins and turn mistakes into learning opportunities Help make MWB a great place to work by making every shift a blast Help run a multi-million dollar business
