Job Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting function
• Create and implement policies and procedures that align with the company’s overall strategic plans
• Provide strategic and operational guidance and leadership for the business
• Prepare and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual close process and perform analysis for areas of improvement
• Review and offer process improvements on current accounting policies and practices.
• Support operational financial analysis
• Prepare monthly schedules, reconciliations, journal entries, and analyze GL Accounts
• Partner with Senior Leadership on various ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years experience construction accounting environment
• Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience
• CPA a plus
