Brockton Home Health Care Agency LLC
Brockton Home Health Care Agency LLC is seeking a registered nurse (R.N.) to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. The role involves admitting, transferring, and discharging home health patients while coordinating care with LPNs and HHAs. Ideal candidates will have a current R.N. license, a minimum of one year of nursing experience, and preferably be bi-lingual in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, or Spanish.
