Location:  Urban Alaska

Job Type:  W2, Permanent Position

Date Range: Start Date is ASAP

This position is posted as a Vendor Management System bid opportunity and is subject to standard vendor submission and evaluation processes.

Schedule: Clinic Hours + Call

Responsibilities:  

• 8-10 patients per clinic shift

Requirements:

• Active Alaska State Physician (MD/DO) License
• Board Certified
• Active BLS and PALS
• Active DEA registration
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
