Monitors progress and performance against the project plan.Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project.Prepares engineering designs and work specifications.Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.Required QualificationsRequired education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experienceDiscipline/Major: Engineering degree requiredCritical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsPreferred education and experience: Bachelor's DegreeKnowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking. Design review. Project engineering. Resource planning. Technical project management. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software.
