Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and function
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions and adjust plans based on patient progress
Accurately document all services to ensure compliance and continuity of care
Supervise and mentor PTAs and Rehab Techs while adhering to state practice acts
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to optimize patient outcomes
Champion safety and infection control standards in every patient interaction

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain before start)
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
Adaptable and flexible, ready to thrive in various healthcare settings and patient needs

Education

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in physical therapy and patient evaluation techniques
Knowledgeable in treatment planning and evidence-based practice
Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills
Expert in infection control and safety measures
Proven ability to supervise and collaborate effectively
Adaptable to changing schedules and environments
