In Women's Apparel , you'll help customers build a wardrobe that works for real life, from everyday pieces to special occasions. Build lasting relationships by listening to what customers want, offering styling suggestions, and following up when new arrivals fit their taste. Grow your expertise in fit and fashion trends and recommend alterations and tailoring when it helps a customer feel confident in what they choose. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which include reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds Schedule Hours vary by week based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holiday or event shifts. This role may also require occasional flexibility to support other departments. Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $15.40 - $15.40 HourlyAt Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
