The firm handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance defense, premises liability, and public entity/school district litigation, along with employment and general civil defense work. What You’ll Do Handle civil litigation matters independently, from case assessment through resolution Take depositions, argue motions, and appear in court regularly Work on matters involving premises liability, insurance defense, employment litigation, and/or public entity law Communicate directly with clients, including insurers and institutional clients Collaborate with a small team of trial-focused attorneys What You’ll Need Active bar admission in the relevant state Strong litigation, research, and writing skills Comfort with a trial-heavy practice and regular court appearances Ability to manage a caseload with real ownership and autonomy Prior civil defense or insurance defense experience preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
