- Execute radiographic and CT scanning techniques to produce high-quality images for physicians' evaluations
- Work in tandem with radiologists and your healthcare team to ensure the highest accuracy in diagnoses
- Properly position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging results
- Practice safety protocols to protect patients and team members alike during procedures
- Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records including imaging logs and maintenance of equipment
- Deliver compassionate care throughout every phase of the imaging process
- Foster a safe, efficient, and organized imaging environment
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is mandatory
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and adherence to safety standards
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patients and diverse staff
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere while adapting to evolving demands
- A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accountability
- Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging software technology
