Sr. Biostatistician

Our client is a fast-growing biotechnology company seeking a Senior Biostatistician (Associate Director level) consultant to support their Biometrics team. This role requires an experienced statistician who can function both as a study lead and as a supporting statistician, depending on project needs. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced biotech environment, where the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and take ownership of delivering high‑quality statistical support across clinical trials. Key Responsibilities Lead or support biostatistical activities for clinical trials, depending on study needs. Contribute to the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trial data. Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and other study documentation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Clinical Development, Data Management, Statistical Programming, and Regulatory. Ensure timely delivery of statistical analyses and study outputs aligned with clinical timelines. Provide statistical input for clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and publications. Participate in protocol development and study design discussions. Communicate statistical concepts and results clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications MS in Statistics or Biostatistics and 7-8+ years of experience in pharma or biotech clinical development Experience working in small biotech environments (required); preferable to have experience working both small and large sponsor organizations with strong tenure. Demonstrated ability to function as both Lead Statistician and Supporting Statistician, supporting multiple clinical trials simultaneously Strong experience across a variety of therapeutic areas (non‑oncology) Experience with placebo‑controlled clinical trials Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies used in clinical trials Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Redbock - an NES Fircroft company
