Utility Team MemberAs Kalmbach Feeds continues to grow, we are expanding our Utility team to support our busy warehouse operations. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility. In this role, you will assist with general material handling, support multiple departments, and help ensure our warehouse remains efficient and well-maintained. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and contributing to the overall flow of daily operations, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with general warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, material movement, staging, sorting, and palletizingMaintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, mopping, clearing damaged bags, breaking down cardboard, managing trash/recycling, and operating the sweeper/scrubberSupport production and packaging teams with material handling and restock supplies as neededOperate basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts) once trainedFollow all safety procedures and report any damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concernsProvide flexible support to multiple departments based on daily operational needsWho you are:Self-motivated with a strong work ethicWorks well independently and as part of a teamDependable with an excellent attendance historyTakes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environmentKalmbach Feeds offers the highest quality nutritional products for livestock, poultry, and companion animals.
