Big goals. No drama. Lead our salon team! Come run a busy, supportive salon floor where your coaching impact directly drives your paycheck. The pay: $25–$40/hr potential (base + performance bonuses and tips). The perks: co-paid health insurance, paid vacation, and sick leave. The growth: fully paid leadership and operational mentorship. The balance: we are looking for 2 nights a week min, and 3 -4 weekend days a month, the more flexible you are the more life-work balance we can give.
