RN – Cardiac Cath Lab | Chicago, IL | 13-Week Contract
\nWeekly Pay: $3,800 (Blended Rate: $95/hr)
\nW2 Rate: $38/hr + Stipend: $2,205/week
\n13 Weeks | 10x4 Days (0700–1730) | 40 hrs/week
\nJoin the Cardiac Cath Lab at a Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet-designated teaching hospital in Chicago — 3 cath labs running 5–15 cases/day across diagnostic/interventional cath and EP.
\nThe case mix is why you'll want this one:
\nDiagnostic & interventional cath, LHC/RHC, NSTEMI & STEMI
\nImpella, IABPs, Rotoblator, CTOs/staged PCI, shockwave, temp pacers
\nPeripheral (leg) diagnostic/intervention, loop recorders
\nEP: Micra, pacemakers, AICDs, lead extractions/revisions, generator changes
\nWhat you'll do: moderate sedation (Versed/Fentanyl), critical drip management, and monitor/circulate cases in a fast-moving lab with real acuity.
\nWhat you need:
\n✅ 2+ years of Cath Lab RN experience (no first-time travelers)
\n✅ Active IL RN License
\n✅ BLS + ACLS
\n✅ Experience across the case types above — strongly preferred

\nScrubs provided | Parking $47.50/month | Minutes from the CTA Brown Line
\nSelf-scheduling in 6-week cycles (manager final approval) | RTO up to 7 days
\nOn-call required: 2 weekend shifts + 4–5 overnight call shifts per 4-week cycle (30-min response time)
\nOrientation: NEO + 1 day on unit
