CNC Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Lead Maintenance Technician in the Dallas, Texas area. This is a direct-hire, 1st Shift position and the starting pay range is $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery and facilities

Perform mechanical and electrical repairs

Document maintenance activities

Assist in taking apart, repairing, and rebuilding of production machinery

Assist in moving of machinery, installing and changing of equipment

Perform PM's on equipment

Experience Needed:

At least 5 years of recent manufacturing maintenance experience

Experience repairing CNC machines, press break machines, and metal fabrication equipment

A Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred

Experience diagnosing PLC issues

Mechanical experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, and machine rebuilds

Electrical experience including motors, AC/DC drives, motor controls, and wiring

Utilization of CMMS maintenance programs
