Employees are expected to work from the NYC office three days per week.We expect East Coast working hours.As Our IT Delivery Engineer, You Will:Design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support the company’s internal IT environmentAdminister and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems including Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other core business toolsManage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platformsPartner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet company security and compliance standardsLead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects that increase system reliability and operational efficiencyEvaluate and implement new technologies that enhance IT service delivery, system management, and automationDevelop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflowsMaintain accurate system configuration and asset data to support operational visibility and auditsCreate and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and operational proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve the scalability and reliability of internal systemsYou Are Likely To Succeed IfYou have 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforceYou have hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)You have led or made significant contributions to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects — not just ticket queuesYou look for opportunities to automate and build tooling rather than repeat manual workYou are comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environmentYou communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partner well across Security, Engineering, and OperationsYou are motivated by measurable improvements to system reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experienceWhat We Offer:Our compensation package includes competitive salary and comprehensive benefit offerings.
