LPN-skilled Caregiver For 7 Year Old Boy

National Care Advisors
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled caregiver to assist a disabled child at home and at school. The client is blind, deaf, has limited mobility, and has a G-tube. Expected assistance to be provided to the client includes, but is not limited to:
- Incontinence care - changing and providing hygiene when needed
- Assisting with clothing change if needed Light bathing when needed, such as wiping the client's face or hands of food or drink spills
- G-tube feedings and tube care
- Engage in play, supervision, and conversation
- Regular communication to the client's family regarding daily activities and any changes in the client's status
- Years of experience: 1+ to 2 years
- Minimum education: Some college
