We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and hardworking person to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative !

Maybe you’ve been selling cars for years and know exactly how to turn a customer into a happy owner. Awesome — we want you on our team!

Or maybe you’ve never sold a car in your life, but you’re competitive, personable, eager to learn, and ready to work for your success. Even better — we want you, too!

You don’t need years of experience to get started. We’ll teach you the business, give you the tools to succeed, and help you develop into a confident, successful salesperson.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Think people, cars, conversations, and closing deals — no two days are exactly the same!

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Meet customers and make connections — find out what they need, what they want, and what makes them excited about their next vehicle.
• Match people with the right vehicle — walk customers through options and show them what could be a great fit.
• Take test drives — let customers experience the vehicles for themselves and help make the process exciting.
• Stay in touch — follow up with customers, answer questions, and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Set goals and chase them — push yourself to improve, sell more, and become better every day.
• Create an experience people remember — we want customers to enjoy working with you, not feel like they’re being “sold.”
• Work as part of a team — celebrate each other’s wins, learn from one another, and help create a great dealership environment.

Qualifications:

Good news — you don’t need to be a car expert! We can teach you the cars. We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude and wants to succeed.

There’s Just One Must-Have:

• A valid driver’s license — absolutely required!

Sales experience? Great!
Automotive experience? Awesome!
