Full-Time | Local | Pre-Set Appointments | No Cold Calling Run 3–5 pre-set residential appointments per day.
Close high-ticket electrical projects.

Compensation
- Top performers earn $150,000–$300,000+ annually
- First-year reps typically earn $120,000+

- Run 3–5 company-provided appointments daily
- Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions
- Provide clear pricing and close sales
- Coordinate install handoff to production team
- Complete necessary permit documentation
- Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
- Residential electricians ready to transition into sales
- High-ticket closers who want stronger income potential
- Professionals comfortable working in customers’ homes
- Residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)
- 2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean background & drug screen
- Consistent, reliable lead flow
