If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP Security & Controls to join our Advisory Organization.Responsibilities:Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP security, SAP GRC, and the audit readiness of complex SAP environments (including S/4HANA)Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle and provide strategic remediation recommendationsWork with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of SAP security, automation, and SAP controlsSupervise, mentor, and evaluate Associates and Senior Associates on engagements, fostering a high-performing team environmentHelp to coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledge base of the team, and contribute to internal practice development initiativesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in areas such as SAP audit (GITCs and business process), SAP controls, SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, SAP ERP implementations and upgrades, business process transformation, or data analyticBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field such as Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science is required Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or effective SAP audit experience; exposure to recent versions of SAP GRC (10.1 or 12.0) and S/4HANA is highly preferredProject or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm, is preferredCertifications such as CISA, CISSP, or SAP Certified Technology Professional is highly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executivesAbility to travel as needed to support client engagementsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
