A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master.

Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 12+ months

Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO

As An Agile Scrum Master You Will

The Agile Scrum Master leads cross‑functional agile teams to deliver business outcomes by coaching Scrum practices, removing impediments, managing delivery health, and ensuring adherence to agile values across the software development lifecycle while partnering with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong experience in Enterprise Change Standards
• Seasoned Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience
• Rally/Jira expertise for backlog and delivery management

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading Scrum teams and implementing Scrum frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC phases
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, and delivery commitments
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range*: $74 - $78 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
