Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care.

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families in therapy techniques that encourage ongoing recovery and support at home.

Track and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Opportunities for ongoing education and post-graduate credentials are available and encouraged

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
