REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Inpatient consults
  
• New referral patients (oncology and hematology)
  
• Diagnose and stage cancer
  
• Develop and implement treatment plans including chemo and immunotherapy
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC in Medical Oncology or Hematology Oncology
  
• Licenses: Universal License (IMLC)
  
• DEA: Yes
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  
• Experience: 1 year minimum
  

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• CV must be in mo/yr format (education and work history).
  
• Gaps of 30 days or more must be explained in the presentation or on the CV.
  
• Any background issues, including malpractice settlements, must include first- and third-party documentation.
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient consults for oncology and hematology patients.
  
• Evaluate new referral patients and manage ongoing care.
  
• Diagnose and stage various cancer types.
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including oncology nurses, pharmacists, and navigators. xywuqvp
