As an onsite educator, you will provide targeted interventions, particularly for students with dyslexia, working collaboratively with school teams and families to develop and implement individualized education plans. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Special Education Certification
• Reading by Design Certification
• Proven experience working with K-12 students in special education and dyslexia intervention
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to assess student needs and monitor progress effectively

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and interventions for students with dyslexia and other learning differences
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Employ evidence-based practices, including Reading by Design, to promote reading development
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed to facilitate growth
• Work closely with general and special education staff to ensure a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
